In Healing Circle we meet in-person. We open the session with a cleansing practice, feel free to bring your own, and with me guiding you into Sacred Silence. I set a circle of stones around you and I. Within the circle of stones there will be Cedar branches that can be used for energetic cleansing if needed. As you sit in prayer I welcome in Creator, Spirit, Mother Earth and the guides, helpers, and elders/ancestors who walk with you. We sit, then, and pray. I listen to what Spirit speaks, and you do also. The Spirit may move you and begin healing you. Guides and helpers may come to help you. The circle becomes a place of healing and receiving guidance. It becomes a channel. At the end I offer guidance and wisdom to take forward, and as the Spirit has spoken to my best ability. The Healing Circle is a place of healing and receiving guidance.

As we would sit in the circle you may find strong energies to come through you. You may need to speak things, and this is well. It is welcomed, in that circle, to let Spirit help you in this way. As you would sit in the circle you may feel the urge to speak or have powerful emotions rise, and this is well. If this occurs I will also guide you in returning.

As we would approach the session I would advise that you would have a journal to bring into the circle with you, however it must specifically be for the circle. It is wise, also, to have an idea of incense you enjoy, that we may light it in preparation and so the Spirit is pleased with the space. If you have your own cleansing practices and rituals it is well to bring them into the circle also.
